For a bold, shimmering eyeliner look: Apply the liquid shimmer directly along your lash line using the applicator. If you want you can use your finger or a brush to gently tap and blend for a smooth, intense finish. This creates a striking, glittering eyeliner effect that adds depth and dimension to your eyes.
For a softer, natural look: Dispense a small amount of liquid shimmer onto the back of your hand. Use a brush or your fingers to pick up the product and apply it to your eyelids for a subtle, radiant shimmer.
